To assess targets’ reactions and acceptance toward several product ideas which catering end-to-end business solutions amongst micro-small business owners

How to accelerate digital adoption amongst micro-small enterprises to help them in managing and grow their business efficiently
How We Do It
Several Focus Group Discussions amongst micro-small business owners (grocery sellers) – capturing younger and older segments – were done to assess the concept ideas.
Solution
Based on insights gained and further validation via quantitative research, Client decided not to follow-up the initiative as targets are not ready yet to embrace the proposed digital solutions.
Personal based interaction – driven by cultural values – is still preferred in running their day-to-day business.
